Returns & Replacements

  • You can request a return or replacement if:

You received an incorrect product.

  • Your item was damaged during delivery.
  • A product is missing from your order.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect or a significant quality issue.

Returns Are Not Eligible For

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Ordering the wrong item.
  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Minor differences in color, pattern, or packaging.

Please note that slight variations in color, print, or packaging may occur due to screen settings, production batches, or stock availability.

Reporting an Issue

If you experience any problem with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

To help us review your request promptly, kindly provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue.
  • Photos of the outer packaging (if applicable).

For claims regarding damaged, incorrect, or missing items, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video, as it helps us verify and process your request much faster.

Refund Policy

If your claim is approved and a replacement product is unavailable, we will process your refund through one of the following methods:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Easypaisa
  • JazzCash

Refunds are generally completed within 3–7 working days after approval, depending on the verification process and your payment method.

We deliver across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery time is:

  • Nationwide: 2–5 working day
